1. Shipping Terms
Shipping costs & carriers
- Germany: €4.19 shipping for orders under €10, free shipping from €10.
- Other EU countries: €4.99 shipping for orders under €34, free shipping from €34.
- Fragrance products (diffusers and fragrance oil) are currently shipped within Germany only.
- Shipping is handled securely by DHL, including tracking.

Important note on production: Our products are either shipped directly from stock or handcrafted individually after your order.

Quality note on handcrafted goods: As these are handcrafted ceramic models, slight variations in shape, surface, or occasional small air bubbles may occur. These do not constitute a defect; they make each model a unique piece.

Tracking
Your tracking number will be sent to you automatically by e-mail after dispatch, so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

2. Returns & Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (full details and the form can be found in our separate Right of Withdrawal notice).
Return costs: The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
